Responsibilities

    As President and Chief Investment Officer, Mr. Jolley is responsible for determining overall investment policy as well as asset allocation for individual and institutional clients. He is also active in constructing equity and fixed income portfolios based on predetermined client needs and objectives.

Experience

    Mr. Jolley has been employed in the fields of investments and financial analysis since 1979. Prior to forming Jolley Asset Management LLC, Mr. Jolley served as Chief Investment Officer of the Trust Investment Department of Centura Bank, where he had direct oversight responsibility of approximately $1.2 billion in total assets, including 6 mutual funds with assets of approximately $500 million. Mr. Jolley personally managed 2 equity mutual funds with over $250 million in assets. Under his tenure, the Centura Equity Growth Fund Class C shares received the coveted "Five Star" rating from Morningstar (which is based on risk-adjusted returns) for the three year period ending August 31 1997*.

Personal

    Mr. Jolley is a member of the CFA Institute. He is also an active member of the North Carolina Society of Financial Analysts, where he served as the Secretary and a Board Member from 1996 through 1998.

    * Mr Jolley served as portfolio manager for the Centura Equity Growth Fund from 8/1/96 - 8/24/98.

Responsibilities

      As Vice President- Client Services, Ms. Alston is responsible for client servicing for both individual and institutional clients. Ms. Alston also has duties in the operational and administrative areas.

Experience

      Prior to joining Jolley Asset Management, LLC in June 2001, Ms. Alston served as Financial Advisor with the Trust Group of RBC Centura where she had direct responsibility for the administration of approximately 100 accounts with total assets of approximately $72,000,000. Her position prior to Financial Advisor was Manager of Trust Real Estate. Ms. Alston has over twenty years experience in the trust area.

    Ms. Alston is a member of the Institute of Certified Bankers.

Responsibilities

Mrs. Sapp is responsible for implementing overall investment policy as well as asset allocation for individual and institutional clients. She is active in Jolley Asset Management's overall research efforts, trading, performance reporting and compliance functions. As the firm's Controller, Mrs. Sapp is also responsible for the accounting functions of Jolley Asset Management, LLC.

Experience

Prior to joining Jolley Asset Management, LLC in February 2004, Mrs. Sapp served as Portfolio Manager - Trust Investments and Operations Manager for the Raleigh, NC office of Voyageur Asset Management, Inc. - a subsidiary of RBC Financial Group. Prior to Voyageur Asset Management, Mrs Sapp served as Portfolio Manager - Trust Investments and Operations Manager for the Trust Division of RBC Centura, also a subsidiary of RBC Financial Group. She was Portfolio Manager of the Centura Money Market Fund from August 1998 through December 2000 and Co-Manager of the RBC Centura Small Cap Equity Fund from January 2001 through December 2002. Her duties also included equity and fixed income trading, performance reporting, proxy voting and interaction with internal and external auditors. Mrs. Sapp also served as a liaison with the RBC Centura mutual fund administrator and fund accountants.

Mrs. Sapp is a member of the CFA Institute and the North Carolina Society for Financial Analysts. She is also a member of the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of CPA's.

Mrs. Bass' primary responsibility is servicing the clients of Jolley Asset Management, LLC.

Experience

Mrs. Bass has over 40 years of experience serving client needs in the fields of banking and insurance. Prior to joining Jolley Asset Management, LLC in March, 2010, she worked in sales and servicing in the life and health insurance industry.
